Over 60 miles of open space and a unique trail system, community gathering area and large pond distinguish this community. Hawksbill is situated on over 200 acres with wooded homesites ranging from 1.5 to five acres. Beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains are viewed from many lots. The homes have wood and stone exteriors, and restrictions provide for keeping the heavily wooded homesites protected. Hawksbill is located just two miles from the Linville Boat Access, about 10 miles from Morganton on the northeast side of the lake.
