The mid-sized residential community of Waterglyn has 60 home sites, averaging one acre in size. There are community boat slips for interior lots. Homes may be brick, vinyl or wood-sided. Waterglyn is located on the south central part of the Lake in McDowell County, between Morganton and Marion.
